Late Arrivals
​
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware, late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Cancellation/Reschedule

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. 24 hour advance notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule a service without being charged. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed
.
Any changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice to your appointment's start time are subject to full payment of the scheduled service.

As much notice as possible is kindly requested for the consideration of my schedule and for other clients.

Sickness or Family Emergency
​
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty required in this case. We will like to ensure the safety of our families and clients.

No children/guests
​
We ask that children and/or guests not be present during services because we cannot guarantee their safety.
​
Refunds
​
No refunds are given. We will strive to fix the issue the best we can. We take every precaution to make sure clients leave here happy. If there is an issue, we will allow up to 3 days after your scheduled appointment. You have to reach out within that time frame. If you have an allergic reaction, we will remove the lashes for you, free of charge.
